unshakeable

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

Grace and peace be with you right now friend! In today’s fast-paced, image-obsessed world, it’s easy to feel like we need to have it all together 24/7. But guess what? Life’s not about looking perfect. It’s about finding real strength in our weaknesses. I’ve learned that firsthand, and I’m here to share how you can too.

flipping the script on weakness

Picture this: a diamond. It starts as a rough, unremarkable piece of rock but becomes stunning and brilliant under intense pressure. That’s us! Life’s challenges shape and refine us. When we’re feeling our weakest, that’s often when God’s power shines the brightest. The Apostle Paul got it when he wrote in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”

own your imperfections

Being weak doesn’t mean you’re losing. It means you’re human. Take King David, for instance. He wasn’t a warrior; he was a shepherd boy. Yet he took down Goliath with sheer faith. David’s story shows us it’s not about our skills but our trust in God.

strength in community

No one’s meant to do life solo. Jesus had His squad, and so should we. Sharing our struggles makes us stronger together. Ecclesiastes 4:12 says it best: "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken."

get out there + make moves

Faith isn’t about chilling in your comfort zone. It’s about making bold moves for the greater good. Look at Esther, who risked everything to save her people. Her courage wasn’t about her position but her faith in God’s plan. We’re called to step up, serve, love, and take action.

Lord, thank You for turning our weaknesses into strengths through Your grace. Help us step out in faith, trusting Your power and love. May our lives reflect Your glory as we embrace our vulnerabilities and serve others in Your name. Amen.

Embracing our weaknesses isn’t about admitting defeat; it’s about tapping into God’s unshakable strength. Step out, serve, and watch how God transforms your life and the lives around you. In our moments of greatest vulnerability, His power is revealed. So get out there, make a difference, and let God turn your weaknesses into victories. Amen!

in harmony,

nancy
