sunday’s coming
2 Corinthians 5:20
Grace and peace be with you right now friend! Life can feel heavy. Dark. Confusing. We scroll past headlines that break our hearts, hear stories that steal our peace, and carry silent battles we don’t always share.
But here’s the wild truth if you believe in Jesus: We are Easter People living in a Good Friday world.
Yeah, Friday felt like death. But Sunday? Sunday changed everything.
living with resurrected hope
Being a child of God doesn’t mean pretending things are always great. It means we’re anchored when things fall apart.
Jesus didn’t stay in the grave—and neither do we.
You carry resurrection power in your spirit. That same power that rolled the stone away now rolls back fear, depression, anxiety, guilt, and hopelessness in you.
You’re not waiting for the light. You are the light.
being an ambassador of hope
Okay, “ambassador” sounds like something for a U.N. diplomat or someone with a blazer and a name tag. But hear me out:
An ambassador of hope is someone who:
Shows up with joy even when life is messy
Speaks life over people who feel invisible
Walks into the room and brings peace like a deep exhale
You’re not repping yourself anymore. You’re repping Heaven.
Let your life whisper (or shout) “Sunday’s coming” to a world stuck in Friday.
encouraging others when you're struggling
Let’s talk about this:
How do you encourage others when you're barely holding it together?
Here’s the secret: God moves even in our weakness.
You don’t have to fake it. You don’t have to have it all together.
Encouragement doesn’t have to be profound—it just has to be true.
“You matter.”
“I’m praying for you.”
“I see the strength in you even if you don’t.”
Hope isn’t about hype. It’s about presence. And guess what? God is present in you.
If you’ve ever felt like giving up, like the world is too heavy, too broken, too far gone—remember this:
Hope didn’t stay in the tomb. And neither will you.
You are a walking, talking billboard for resurrection.
You don’t have to have it all together to shine. You just need to show up, willing.
Let’s be Easter People.
Let’s carry Sunday in our bones—loud enough for the whole world to hear. Amen!
in harmony,
nancy
