peace exchange
Isaiah 26:3
Grace and peace be with you right now friend! Let’s be honest—worry is like that one friend who overstays their welcome. You know, the one who raids your fridge and takes over your couch? Yeah, it’s time to kick worry out. And guess what? Worship is the eviction notice.
why worship works
Worship isn’t just singing songs; it’s a mindset shift. When you worship, you’re saying, “God, You’re bigger than this situation.” It’s like taking your eyes off the storm and locking them onto the One who can calm it.
my worry-to-worship moment
Every moment that may try to overwhelm me with pain, confusion, doubt or even fear ——- Whether it was through tears or off-key singing, the decision to worship in the hardest moments, reminded me that God’s got this. He is the reason I am still here and He is the only reason that will continue to sustain me to keep going - and have victory along the way!
Worry might try to stick around, but it doesn’t stand a chance against worship. Shift your focus, lift your hands, and let God’s peace take over. Amen!
in harmony,
nancy
Pulse Check:
Create a playlist of worship songs that remind you of God’s faithfulness. Need ideas? Start with "Way Maker" or "Goodness of God." Write down a few Scriptures about peace (like Philippians 4:6-7) and keep them handy. When worry shows up, pause. Pray. Worship. Repeat.
